bibberly submitted: I had these pants in the early 90’s… and I’m a girl. I was even wearing them in my eighth-grade school photo, although I didn’t realize my whole body would show in the picture.
In eighth grade I had this pair of acid-washed jeans that I adored. They were super-tapered at the ankles and laced up in the back with black suede laces. I felt like a boss when I wore them. Later on I was mortified by them. I’m sure some hipster has fished them out of the Goodwill bin somewhere and is sporting them on the streets of Brooklyn as we speak.
