Fuck Yeah Ugly '90s Clothes!

Here’s a potentially contentious question: Pike vs. Stine?
I liked Pike. If only because my middle-school friends liked him and we thought Stine was for babies. We wanted to be cool. If we were feeling really brave we would read Stephen King, or V.C. Andrews (whose books were scary but in a different way — always some spooky girl accidentally sleeping with her brother, yeeesh. We didn’t realize it was a ghost writer re-writing the same book over and over again).
